Our residential collections — bedroom, dining, and workspace furniture — are sold through over 200 authorized retailers across Canada and the United States. West Contract Furniture handles all commercial, hospitality, OEM, and contract programs directly. Both divisions manufacture at the same Hanover, Ontario facility to the same quality standards.

Contract account holders receive preferred pricing on qualifying orders. Volume pricing is available for large-scale programs.

No — there is no minimum order quantity. We supply single custom pieces through to large-scale furniture programs for hotels, institutional clients, and OEM brand partners. Every order receives the same quality of manufacturing and project support regardless of size.

  • Wood species — solid maple, white oak, black walnut, ambrosia maple, cherry, and others on request
  • Construction — solid wood, premium veneer over engineered core, or high pressure laminate
  • Finishes — Rubio Monocoat oil, PU acrylic, custom finish matching, or sanded/unfinished
  • Hardware — pulls, knobs, hinges, and soft-close mechanisms to your specification
  • Upholstery — COM (Customer's Own Material) accepted for all upholstered components
  • Technology integration — 110V power outlets, USB-C, USB-A, data ports, and cable management built into furniture during manufacturing
  • Shape — rectangular, round, oval, and custom shapes
  • Edge profiles — square eased, radius, bevel, waterfall, and custom profiles

Yes — we offer custom finish matching for renovation and expansion projects where consistency with existing furniture is required. Finish samples are available on request before committing to your order.

Yes — for all upholstered components including seating, headboards, and upholstered panels, we accept COM. Your fabric or leather selection is supplied to us and applied at our facility, ensuring your project achieves the exact material specification your designer intends.

Lead times vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. For our solid wood top supply program, standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. For commercial and hospitality furniture programs, lead times are confirmed at the time of order based on your specific requirements and production scheduling.

We commit to agreed delivery dates and communicate proactively if anything changes. Our goal is to make every project seamless — on time, to specification, every time.

We ship across Canada and the United States. For international projects, please contact us to discuss shipping options and costs. We offer consolidated and staged shipping for multi-unit commercial programs to align with your construction and installation schedule.

Solid maple English dovetail drawer boxes — every drawer, every piece, every program.

Mortise and tenon frame joinery — precision machined and bonded for permanent structural integrity

Five-piece floating panel doors — prevents warping, binding, and swelling with seasonal humidity changes

360° finishing — every surface finished including drawer interiors, door backs, and undersides

No particle board — ever. We use solid wood, quality multi-ply plywood, and high-grade MDF only

Soft-close hardware — standard across all drawer and door applications

Never. West Contract Furniture does not use particle board in any of our products. We use solid wood, quality multi-ply plywood, and high-grade MDF where appropriate — materials that hold fasteners, resist moisture, and can be repaired when needed.

Yes — our Rubio Monocoat oil and PU acrylic finish options are Greenguard certified, supporting indoor air quality requirements and LEED, BIFMA, and other green building certification programs. Sustainability documentation is available on request.

West Bros Furniture maintains a trade showroom in High Point, North Carolina — open to trade buyers by appointment. For commercial and contract clients, we recommend requesting finish and species samples before committing to your order. Visits to our Hanover, Ontario manufacturing facility can also be arranged by appointment for large-scale programs.
