For your convenience, we provide two methods to purchase West Contract Furniture.

You can either visit a Contract Dealer near you to obtain a quote on West Contract Furniture or contact us directly and we will assist you.

In both situations, as stated above, most orders will be handled by a local Contract Dealer to provide specialized delivery, setup and after-sales service.

Each West Authorized Contract Dealer establishes its prices. By entering your address in our dealer locator page, you can find the nearest Dealer to make your purchase.

West Bros Furniture has a showroom in High Point, North Carolina. It is open to the public to view and or purchase by the trade only. The showroom is located at 220 South Elm Street, High Point, North Carolina USA 27260.

To purchase furniture, either visit one of the Authorized Contract Dealer near you or online on this eCommerce store.

We provide several custom options. Each furniture piece you select from West Contract Furniture is specially made for you, in your choice of finish, fabric and other options.

Other custom options are possible at an extra charge, that can include selecting a different wood species, size change, unique order fabric or use of customer supplied fabric. For a quote on custom order requests, please send an email with the details to sales@westbrosfurniture.com.

We manufacture to your exact customized requirements and depending on the products you have selected, typically requires 6 to 8 weeks. On more complex custom projects, lead time may be longer.

As soon as we receive your order, we will notify you via your preferred contact method of the expected date of shipping.

We can ship all over the world. Please contact us for a quote on shipping costs.

We take pride in quality products customized by you and handcrafted by us. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. All of our furniture is customized and is non-returnable, so please ensure you have taken the appropriate measurements and understand installation instructions before placing your order.
